JHS reserves the option to make postal addresses of past members available to companies when their products and/or services may be of interest. If you wish to be excluded from these mailings, please e-mail or write to the Society. Please include your name, address, and membership account number with the heading "Mail Preference Suppression."

To Discontinue Other Catalog
The Society utilizes the DMA suppression of individuals who wish to eliminate unwanted mailings. To discontinue the rental of your name and address by all organizations using this service, please write to: Mail Preference Service, Direct Marketing Association, PO Box 9008, Farmingdale, NY 11735-9008.

Changing your personal information and/or newsletter subscriptions
You can access or update your personal information, including subscriptions to our e-mail newsletters, at any time. To unsubscribe, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter. If you would like to deactivate your membership with Jazz Heritage Society you should contact Jazz Heritage Society by e-mailing us at memberservices@jazzheritage.com and writing Deactivate Membership in the subject line. Our Security Proceduress
We use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) where appropriate. We also do everything reasonably within our power to protect user-information off line. All of our users information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices with each user having a password to access your information. In addition this information is not supplied to our website programmers. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example a Member Services representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information concerning you.
